Do I have to pay for this service? Everyone must pay in order to tune in and listen to Andy
broadcast online it costs $100 per month to access the channel
which will give you a total of 40x 2hour Live online broadcasts
spread over the London and New York session working out to be as
low as $2.50 per broadcast.
Is there a free trial? Unfortunately there is no free trial on FXMMs Forex Radio.
However there is a discounted
pay as you go option which users
normally opt for to try Forex Radio for just $10.
Where do I sign up? The signup link can be found

Why can I not login? There
can be many reasons why you cannot login - please check all of
them here.
Check Access Times Your login details and access maybe valid but you are just
trying to login outside of broadcast hours. You will find that
you cannot access forex radio outside of hours and will need to
check what the broadcast times are for your country. Broadcast
times will occur twice a day on the London and
New York Open and times can be found
here.
Check Login Details Check the email that we have sent you. It should contain a
username and password that is
unique to you. The username/password should not contain spaces
and it is case sensitive so make sure your CAPS LOCK is turned
off. If you have read all of the Login trouble shooting
scenarios and still cannot login - contact support on the
email above.
Active Subscription You must have purchased a Pay As You Go or Pay Monthly
subscription, if you do not have access you can
purchase here.
Valid Subscription.
You may not be able to login because your Forex Radio access has
expired. Remember Pay as
you go access only lasts 24 hours and is not done by session
(how many sessions
you've seen). You can upgrade your subscription
here.
Where do I get my Forex Radio Access
Login? To get your username and password for Forex Radio you need
to have paid either the $10 pay as you go access that grants you
access for 1 day or $100 and your login details will be emailed
to you within
24 hours.
What's the cheapest option? If you go for the Pay Monthly Option you can get a months
access (works out to 40 live sessions) and each live broadcast
works out to be as little as $2.50.
Why do I automatically get signed out? Each session is hosted for 2 hours during the London and New
York Open
8.15 AM - 10.00PM EST and GMT and as soon as it is over Andy
will stop broadcasting so there's
no need for you to remain signed in. Therefore users are
automatically signed out. Broadcast times can be
found here
Why do some of the tools appear not
work? If you find that any of the tools are not working you need
to check that your browser supports ActiveX Controls and
Javascript is enabled and you should have the latest Internet
Explorer. Also you must have the latest Adobe Flash player. If
you are still having problems you should download Google's
Chrome browser and access the Forex Radio from here.
